All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Buyer, in the most appropriate manner in respect of provision of Created’s stated services/products or goods, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Irish Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
At any time without prior notice, we reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Each time you access, view and/or use the website, you should review the website Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Created.ie website institutes your agreement to conform, follow and be contracted by the Terms and Conditions of the Created website.

Website Errors
We make every effort to publish the most consistent, recent & most precise information on our website at all times. However, there may be instances that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors. Any errors are accidental and we apologise if wrong information is specified in product availability or merchandise price.
We try to guarantee that all pricing on the website is correct, but sometimes an error may arise and merchandise may be wrongly priced. If we learn that a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We will contact you immediately to ask whether you wish proceed with the order at the correct price.
Ordering Online
When ordering online with us it is both secure and safe. This online system is 100% secure.
At Created you have an option to pay via PayPal. All major Credit/Debit Cards are accepted. If you would prefer not to place your order of goods online, please do get in touch (ruth@created.ie)and we can arrange BACS Transfer or Bankers Draft, which are all acceptable methods of payment. Once we have received payment your order will be dispatched promptly.
Delivery
Delivery costs & an estimated dispatch date will be forwarded to you the Buyer.
As the majority of our goods are handmade, many will have an estimated lead time. We will contact you once your order is placed & will endeavor to deliver the products to you within the estimated lead-time. However due to the handmade nature of our goods, they are subject to availability and delays may occur that are beyond our control. Any dates stated for delivery are therefore estimated only. We will not be held responsible for any damages, losses or charges that you may incur if we delay in delivering or do not supply those goods.
While every effort has been made to guarantee the accuracy of the content & information of the website, Created.ie accepts no responsibility for any errors or oversights, defects, mistakes, system failures or viruses which may be contained on the website. Created.ie will not be held liable for damages of any kind occurring from the use of this website.
All contracts made under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Ireland. All disputes arising out of the Terms and Conditions and/or Contracts entered into with Created.ie shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland.
